Q: Do I pay for shipping?

A: No, we provide free shipping in the US for all 50 states.

Q: When can I expect my order?

A: Once your order is placed, we typically ship out from our fulfillment center within 1 business day. We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 business days but for some areas in the USA, delivery can take up to 2 weeks. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Please keep in mind that during/after holidays or severe weather conditions may affect delivery speed. We will do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Q: What is your return policy?

Q: How do I return the item?

A: Return period

We have a 30 day return period from the date of purchase.

Initiate return
If you decide that the product isn't right for you within the return period please contact customer service at support@nap-guru.com to initiate the return process.

Return shipping fee
You are responsible for the return shipping/delivery fees associated with returning or exchanging any product to us. 

Return instruction
Once your return is initiated you will be assigned a RMA label to be included in your return box. Please pack the product along with all accessories back into its original packaging.

Your return must be received by us within 30 days.

Refund timing
Once the returned item have been received by us in good and sanitary condition we will issue the refund in the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Q: How can I cancel or make changes to a placed order?

Please note that our fulfillment center process quickly to make sure orders reach our customers in a timely fashion, this leaves a short window to change or cancel an order, but we will try our best to help!
